What healing path makes you uncomfortable?
That discomfort might be worth exploring. Our reactions to different healing modalities - whether it's therapy, meditation, energy work, or anything deemed 'too woo' or 'not traditional enough' - often say more about what we were taught to fear than what's actually helpful or harmful.
When we notice that tightness, that quick dismissal, that defensive 'that's not safe' response, we can pause and ask: Is this genuine wisdom, or is this inherited fear?
Sometimes the very things we were conditioned to reject hold keys to our healing. Not because we should blindly accept everything, but because examining our automatic responses helps us distinguish between actual good judgment and old programming.
