I'm really please to be sharing that I'll soon be launching a weekly meditation class focused on nervous system regulation.

This will be a calm, practical class using gentle breath-work, grounding, and guided meditation to help settle the nervous system, quiet a busy mind, and support emotional regulation.

A quiet start to the year, adding new tools to my practice.

I’m beginning a course in somatic awareness, deepening my understanding of how the body holds stress, emotion, and experience, and how we can gently support regulation and safety.

Learning is part of how I care for my clients and myself.
There’s always more to understand, more to soften, more ways to support healing and I’m grateful to keep expanding my toolbox. 🌿

🌿 Myth Buster Monday | New Year Edition

MYTH: You need resolutions to succeed in the new year.
FACT: Pressure isn’t motivation - it’s a fast track to burnout.

The start of a new year often comes with expectations to set goals, stick to them perfectly, and judge yourself harshly if you don’t.

But change rooted in pressure rarely lasts.
It creates guilt, shame, and the feeling that you’ve “failed” even when nothing is actually wrong.

Gentle, sustainable change comes from:
• self-awareness
• compassion
• listening to your body
• moving at a pace that feels safe

You don’t need a resolution to be worthy of rest, care, or support.
You’re allowed to begin this year slowly or not “begin” at all.

The new year doesn't have to arrive with force or urgency. There's no need to rush to fix, change, or reinvent yourself....

🌿 Myth Buster Monday 🌿

Myth: Push through, it’s only a few weeks.
Fact: Rest is productive.

Burnout doesn’t arrive all at once - it builds quietly through tension, irritability, poor sleep, brain fog, and that constant feeling of being “on edge.”

Rest isn’t a reward for getting everything done.
It’s how your nervous system stays regulated enough to be present, patient, and well.

Even small pauses matter:
🌿 slowing your breath
🌿 unclenching your jaw
🌿 giving yourself permission to stop before exhaustion hits

This season doesn’t need more pushing - it needs more care.
