I NEED to share this recommendation with you all!
If you're planning to go away to torremolinos and always treat yourself to a holiday massage, like I do, then LOOK NO FURTHER!

Sergio is absolutely 10/10.
He's an osteopath that gives full body sports massages with adjustments. Everywhere cracked like a glow stick and I came out feeling like I had genuinely stepped into a new body. Not even being dramatic haha.

A whole month of pure indulgence and festive fun.

I have been VERY quiet on here recently, a major reason being I was squirreled away studying for my level 3 Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage qualification, which I passed 🥳

It was an intense couple of weeks in Cork 🇮🇪 refining my skills, mastering bandaging techniques, and deepening my understanding of the Lymphatic System (and of course, sampling some Guinness 🍻).

I am absolutely thrilled to be bringing these advanced skills straight to the table! This means enhanced, gold-standard therapeutic treatment for my clients.

Thai table massage - Chiang Mai, Thailand 🇹🇭

This was an absolutely incredible experience and something I have wanted to do for a very VERY long time.

Thai massage can be intimidating to some due to its dynamic stretches, but is often misunderstood.
Thai massage incorporates acupressure, assisted stretching and manipulation that affect not just muscle but also connective tissue (tendons and ligaments). It is rooted in energy line work similar to meridian theory utilised in acupressure and acupuncture, offering a multidimensional therapeutic effect.

I won't be offering full Thai massage treatments at the moment (never say never!). My aim is to incorporate techniques where I feel they're needed. Don't worry - I won't be forcing the deep stretches shown above on the unwilling haha.

Eastern and Western massage may differ, but together they offer a beautiful balanced way to support the body we live in 🧡
