I think it’s time for a big life update! 📣

After three amazing years with my previous full-time job, my position was recently impacted by company-wide cuts. While it was unexpected, I truly believe everything happens for a reason — and this has given me the perfect push to take the leap into pursuing my own clients full time, sooner than I had planned. ❤️

I’m incredibly thankful for the experience and the tools I gained during my time there. It helped shape me into a stronger, more confident professional — and I’m excited to carry that into my own business.

That means my schedule is now more open, and I’m ready to help more people improve their fitness, prevent injuries, retrain their core & pelvic floor, and so much more.

Health, Wellness, & Fitness

Hi! I’m Brittany and I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years. I am a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and a certified Personal Trainer. I am currently in school to obtain my Bachelor’s in Health & Wellness Management.

I originally started this page to promote my personal training business, but my focus has changed! Fitness is so specific, and although I help many people improve their fitness, I find that my passion is to help my clients improve their wellness more.

On this page, I will be sharing my post-pregnancy fitness journey, along with providing general health and wellness information. Health, fitness, and wellness is not a one-size-fits-all deal, so keep in mind what I do may, or may not work for you :)
