A man started a company 18 months ago with £15,000 and his brother. It is now tracking toward £1.3 billion in revenue.
What does it sell? GLP-1 weight loss medications. Targeted at women.
How does it run? Entirely on AI.
The ads that found you. The website you landed on. The "support" you received. The "medical advice" you were given.
Not a single human being involved.
Two things have collided here - the explosion in GLP-1 drugs and the huge rise of AI - and they have formed one massive tidal wave.
And midlife women are directly in its path.
I have written a full blog on this - the drug supply loophole they are exploiting, what happens to your medical data, the health risks midlife women will face and what the ads will never tell you about these medications (link in comments).
And just so you know who this tidal wave is actually aimed at.
Women use these drugs at twice the rate of men. The biggest group of users anywhere? Women aged 50-64. One in five. That is not a coincidence. That is a target market.
This company is not stumbling across us by accident. The AI finds us on purpose.
Have you seen these kinds of companies targeting you online? I would love to know what you are noticing.
