If you want a good body then you will have to work for it. You won't get it just by thinking and hoping about it. And by work for it I don't mean the unfrequent or when I feel like type of the effort that you will put it. What I mean when I say you have to work for it, is the consistent effort that you will have to put without quitting and being scared of the slow progress you see. If you feel tired some days then rest but don't quite.
