Join me for a nourishing session where we’ll explore the skin through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine and practice some gentle Yoga facial exercises to support your facial muscles.

This workshop is especially created for women in their 50s — whether you’re pre-menopausal, going through menopause (like me!), or simply noticing the way your skin changes as your hormones shift.
