How do you Recharge? Reset ?
I’ve allowed my self to enjoy “suntanning” since injuring my eye… I never allowed myself to just take the time to do it unless we were on vacation.
Now I lay in the sun, soaking up all beautiful warm rays ☀️. I read for enjoyment and just let myself be submersed in nature.
Knowing the feeling of being rejuvenated, happy and content. ❤️

How do you Recharge? Reset?
🤷‍♀️This is a tough one for me … when I rode I felt so much happiness.
But with my constant need to be the best and my high expectations …
I lost the simple enjoyment of just riding. If I was gonna ride I had to be working on getting them soft … loping on right lead, keeping them straight between my hands and legs. Thinking that for as long as I have been riding and going to clinics I should be “better “ at it by now.
So I just quit … I gave it up, my source of joy became my source of disappointment.
Today … I ride for enjoyment. I try and do right by my horse but the only expectation I have is to feel happy.
🥰so now, once again this is how I Recharge, Reset
