Haven’t post for a while, the last two days I haven’t drank any juice. I actually missed it!
Been eating a lot recently and weights are climbing up plus I’m going on a holiday tomorrow.
I will most likely do another round of juice when I’m back.

I can’t remember when I’ve ever bought any clothes in medium size. Last year my waist was 38, and today my waist is 32. A total of 6 inch gone in 60 days!! Just believe in this program and commit yourself to have a better body.

It is very tempting to see all the delicious food after I’ve finished my juice cleanse. But if you think you can stop drinking the juice after 60 days and eat the same way as how to eat before. I’m sure you will gain all those fats very soon.
60 days is not long but it should of given you some insight to where you don’t need to eat that much food.
How much food you consume and how much exercise you do shall be something similar. If you eat a lot and you don’t exercise. Don’t expect you can keep those fat away.
