You may be wondering what are the best foods to bring that will refuel your body with energy and make you feel good for the remainder of practice.

The answer: Carbs!🥪

During moderate and high intensity exercise, carbohydrates are your body’s main source of energy. ⚡️⚡️

Therefore… during long practices replenishing your body with a snack/lunch full of easy to digest carbohydrates can improve your performance. 🤸🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️
