🥺😩😰 It’s terribly sad & troubling that cases of su***de among teenagers & other young people are slowly increasing here in Bacolod and the province in general. Su***de is creeping into our homes, schools & the community in general. My take on this as an Adolescent Specialist is simple & basic— we have become very materialistic, self-centered & forgetful about our roles as members of our community. WE FORGET KINDNESS as adults, parents & teachers.

Starting today, can we please be kind enough to the people around us? Can we be kind to our children, our students, classmates, peers, office mates, household helpers, even to strangers (basta be clever lng)?

It’s that small & random act of kindness that our children, students, pupils, trainees, officemates, peers, housemates & strangers need. Kindness is life-saving! Kindness can stop su***de. BE KIND.
