*Samiah came to me trembling with fear, burdened with negative self-talk. She believed she wasn’t clever, often calling herself “dumb,” and sometimes wished she could be invisible. She was afraid of driving, cooking, receiving bills, and speaking up. She admitted she was living a lie, constantly acting to keep the peace, fearing she would lose support if she spoke her truth.
These fears were rooted in childhood experiences. Her childhood patterns of avoiding conflicts followed into childhood and into her marriage. She believed:
“Speaking up will make others angry.”
“It’s best to stay quiet.”
These beliefs kept her trapped in fear and people-pleasing. She wanted to stop acting, to speak up, and to live authentically.
In 2 sessions *Samiah feels calm, at peace, and ready to take small steps toward her independence. For the first time, she said, “I feel brave.”
✨I work with women who are afraid to speak up, who feel they aren’t being true to themselves. They live in fear, constantly acting to keep the peace, yet they lack peace within themselves.
Unresolved emotional pain can manifest as chronic physical pain, fatigue, or even anxiety. The body carries the weight of unexpressed truths, holding onto years of unspoken words and silenced emotions.
→Breaking free from this cycle requires more than just speaking up. It requires healing the emotional wounds stored deep within the body, releasing the pain that has been carried for years, and reconnecting with one’s authentic voice.
My coaching is for women like
*Samiah who are ready to break free from the patterns of silence and people-pleasing, reconnect with their true selves, and find the courage to speak their truth.
I offer a Free Call to discuss how we can work together. DM me the word HEAL for more info.
