If you take time to actually think about what's said and how they're described you'll realize, at least in my opinion, that they're things people are experiencing here on Earth. Career Messages:

For some of you there could be some kind of significant change to a work partnership youre in. A company could be bought out, there could be a change in positioning, someone could be losing their position due to cut backs and be offered another one but I am seeing everything could be coming in as a shock. Out with the old and in with the new type of energy. If there is a lot of people competing for a specific job or position (in whatever field) dont count yourself out because i do see that you do have the skills needed or you have what someone would be looking for!! Somebody is very skillful at something but I don't feel like they see it that way don't cheat yourself out of a opportunity or a way to make money because you don't feel like you're good enough!! You are!! Believe in yourself!! If you do lose some kind of partnership I do see that you will be offered a new one. You may be a little hesitant to accept it but I feel like with tome you will accept it. Don't allow too much time pass before you accept the offer either because I do feel like something has a time limit attached to it. You may be a little conflicted but I am seeing this as a new beginning for some and it comes with a new contract. Im also seeing this new contract will eventually come with more money, you could recieve a increase for the skills you already have or you will be learning more skills to be able to obtain more money... someome could also be recieving a new boss.. What does the collective need to know spiritually?

Some of you guys are being warned of some kind of deception. This can be from Spiritual associates, teachers and religious leaders, be careful of deciet and don't allow yourself to be manipulated. Your intution will inform you if something is off!! Some of you guys may be thinking of reaching out to someone because of a tough time you went through or are going through but spirit is wanting you to use Your intution and discernment at this time. Some people are only in the business to take and or deceive. For others I'm seeing that you could be thinking about going down a certain spiritual path and you could be a little scared to do so but I'm seeing if you actually put in the work someone is going to be a spiritual beast!!! You could be a little nervous to get started but I feel like it's because of the way you're viewing it but I do feel like you're going to be welcomed in whatever this is. Something may take a little research but I do feel like someone is going to move forward with whatever they choose..just make sure it right for you before you fully immerse yourself in it.. spirit is also saying that there are many forms of spiritual practice and for some you may have many spiritual gifts that you aren't utilizing. Allow your intution to guide you to what's fitting and start working on them one at a time. I'm also seeing that meditation can and will help someone unlock their other gifts. Spirit is warning someone not to over complicate things when it comes go their spiritual practices either.. some times we make things harder than what it has to be. Financial Advice:

Before I even dig in for real collective, make sure you're not standing in your own way!! Somebody could definitely be sobtaging their ownselves by not moving and or putting in the work necessary. It's like pulling teeth for someone out there. So make sure you're actually doing what needs to be done on your end collective. You can't want spirit to help you and you're not giving them anything to bless!! So right off the back collective I'm seeing some of you already have everything you need to be successful but you may lack courage and someone may actually doubt their self. Speak words of affirmation over your life when you are in doubt. Say things like "I will achieve" , " I am confident" or "This job is mine" Have some confidence about yourself!! If you feel you deserve a job go after it! If you're not getting the recognition and praise you feel like you deserve in a job setting speak up and let it be known!! Confidently remind people what you bring to the table!! If you feel like you deserve a raise ask for it!! If you feel like you should run a business then do it!! At this time spirit is backing up any and everything that you decide to do for yourself but you have to make the first move!! If you don't feel appreciated in a job or career start looking for a new job!! Never stay complacent and don't be fearful to step in a new territory or a new direction. If you don't have a budget now will be a great time to get one.. there are plenty of apps and resources out that will help you cultivate one!! Make sure you handle everything with class. But never be anyone's pushover or victim!! Handle this situation strategically!! For some this could be 2 people. One of these people could be mad because of something blowing up on their life so they are looking to take their anger out on someone else. For others this person could be a business owner and things are not working out for them so they may have had to return back to a job. Advice From Spirit:

Someone could be a little stressed out right now but I feel like spirit wants to confirm to you that everything is going to be OK. Remain Positive at this time and you shall see positive results. For some im seeing that spirit wants you to find a spiritual practice to help you at this time. When finding one make sure what ever path you take truly resonates with you. Spirit is confirming that you will find joy and clarity in it. Your spiritual path doesn't have to resemble someone elses!! Allow your heart to guide you to what feels right and make it a consistent thing in your every day life. So I feel like someone dreams of a better life!! it's the feeling of wanting something and not knowing how to obtain it. Spirit is wanting to let you know that what you are seeking is going to take structure, stability and focus. It's going to take a constant routine. Write down some goals that you what to achieve and then figure out the steps on how to obtain them!! Be persistent!! Structure your life in a way to where you'll easy obtain it. Make a routine!! Set aside a specific time!! Put yourself of a schedule!! And then do the work!! You can want all you want but if you're not actually doing the work then what's the point.
