We are very excited to bring this vision to life! This winter retreat is about real connection- sharing ideas, solving challenges, and fueling the next phase of growth.

As small business owners ourselves, we regularly chat about the challenges of staying inspired and feeling connected- especially in the online world or working solo.

It’s easy to get lost in the wellness world.

You read that coffee is good for you in one post and bad in the next. There are a million people (like me) sharing tips to do x, y, and z. But how do you know what is really going to work for YOU?

If I was to begin this journey again, these are the steps I would follow.

What works for you will fall into place, you will come across the right book at the right time, the teacher will appear when the student is ready, and your body has already started to heal as you walk the path.

My biggest tip: TRUST YOURSELF 🫶🏼

Your new go-to luteal phase meal 😋

The 2 weeks before our bleed (luteal phase) is often when the PMS, anxiety, acne, tender breast, etc. like to show up.

Supporting yourself with nutrition is crucial for these symptoms to subside.

These ingredients are powerhouses to support your hormones. I also added chicken for extra protein which is also extremely supportive!

🧠 Different parts of our brain are more optimized at certain times of our cycle🧐

HOW COOL.

This means syncing your work with the phases could be a huge edge women have in the workspace. 🪄It also means you can utilize the different brain powers to boost productivity and smash your goals.

⏭️Here’s a simple example:

•Menstrual- Set a goal

•Follicular- Take action

•Ovulatory- Launch project

•Luteal- Bring to completion

Whether you work for yourself or someone else I encourage you to notice the role your cycle plays. This is a huge opportunity for us to unlock a new depth of potential 🚀

I always say our bleed is a cleanse or detox! All the crap we accumulated in the last cycle needs to be processed out. The sadness, frustration, anger, anxiety often show up in our bleed to be RELEASED.

These are my go-to tools when these emotions arise. Don’t suppress them for another day, they are showing to because they are ready to be released 🦋
