Health and fitness are two things that are a part of my lifestyle whether at work or my daily life. We know health is mind and body. On top of hitting the gym, running, hiking, walking, biking etc it also looks like mindfulness, meditation or prayer. Have you been intentional lately in any of these areas. If not.....
Pick one thing you can do today:
Schedule that appointment you've been putting off
Take a walk
Meditate, journal, sit in stillness even if its just for 5 minutes
Drink more water today
Say no to one thing you know will add chaos so you can say yes to peace
