😏 yeah I said it… and??? And well… everything isn’t exactly as it appears especially after years of conditioning of the mind in so many ways that aren’t the best kept habits. Take for example, when you see my 🌮 what do you see? 🤩😋🫣🫠I see a plethora of bountiful + + some *xysalsa drizzled galore just waiting for me to pick them up and put it in mah mouth… it’s literally a in mah 👄 that leaves me begging for more! 😛 But I am content with what’s in front of me knowing that each bite isn’t just for but it’s also going for mah that I do seek each and every day for a multitude of reasons (mind + body + soul + spirit). With that in mind… let’s see S*X in a different way than how we’ve been going at it these past few millennia. See s*x at a path to with to a level that’ll bring that we all know we each seek the moment we were birthed here. Stop having being about how we go about living the and actually start living it! 🌈✨Because s*x isn’t a buffet of people but a buffet of what you can experience with yourself and another mate. Mah 🌷 🌻Please pardon yet another leave of absence from yo girl here. I had an encounter with Spirit that had me realize that the path I was taking, was a path not mine to take. Having my final HUGE tower moment lead me to ask, “Life is what we all make of it right?” 🤔 To which I stand on it in all positive ways with my during my entire + and forward on as they bless, guide + protect me for a VERY important mission which I am destined to embark on. Seeing to it that the ✨vibration of our 🌏 ceases its current destructive path into a place of vibrations✨ Because our 🌎 suffers from an imbalance of heightened patriarchal energy that has burned the very vessel of its own existence, the matriarchal energy. And at times because of being put down, the feminine energy has become out of balance as well with its reaction of unattainable demands causing more harm than good. Many have their opinions about where it is all sourced from. However, I have a specific insight directly from Spirit that it starts at the point of something very sacred taken into many forms of abuse that’s far away from being anything else than exactly that (((sacred))). What is it? *x 🦜🐝 S*x has become over time a very popular to voodoo topic around many cultures in which many have either over domineering or super passive perspectives/actions that lead to: neglect, abandonment, violence, confusion, insecurities, instabilities… (list goes on). To which ultimately stays with an individual as a t/Trauma only to be lowering our standards of living + relational values. And I can personally admit that I did have a VERY unhealthy experience/relationship with s*x. I was uneducated of it by “christain” upbringing + abused by it from previous partners that catapulted me abusing it to help pay for food + shelter for my children… using it to feel a sense of belonging (yet it never came)… Using it to gain achievements + access to things/places/people that I felt wouldn’t have given me the opportunity otherwise. I’ve used it in so many ways that have been so destructive to my + that lead me to…

Ok… so I know what this may look like + I’m NOT preggers anymore 😅 but I had been meaning to share with you all one day this photo + that day is today… ☺️ because I was reminded how far I’ve come along in my spiritual journey + when it really started… it was during my pregnancy with Justice (swipe 👉🏻) that I was catapulted into my awakening which now being a true enlightenment period unto transcendence ✨ And it’s been a wild one for sure… dealing with the shadows that I kept ignoring and not tending to… living a life of not my own beliefs but that of others leading me to be a stressed out + confused 🫤 I was an individual with no individuality 😣🥀 It was truly my tower moment that was absolutely though not seeing it at the time looking back… I do now. And it took me some time 🫣 about a year… 🤭 being in for the sake of myself + others to which I’ve either gained + lost + learned from. If you’re curious about one of the lessons it was… ***If anyone… + I mean ANYONE cannot accept who you truly are without judgement but only curious questions about your lovely true self (both light + shadow) being open now for all to see… to understand you + better to love 💞 you… Then they have no part in your life if they cannot accept YOU 🫵🏻! It’s a beautiful thing to accept yourself + it’s an even more beautiful moment when others can too. And trust when I say that there are positive people out here like yo gurl here who will accept you… see you… support you + love you for who you are as we celebrate life together in our unique ways. So if you feel or know that you cannot be supported by certain people it’s time to just keep going because you’ve got to! Because we (ourselves) are the only ones who can choose to be happy 😃 and mah you have to choose that every day in every way possible. Alright mah beautiful beautiful blossoms 🌹🌷!! 😃 I hope you’re having a blessed day thus far (✊sending good vibes to you). So this here is the first of the many to come of this fun + tasty 😋 competition I’ll be featuring on this page. This is what I’m calling THE 🙈🙉COMPETITION🏆 😀 And today it’s between mah soulmate + I 🤝… with this simple bowl of rice 🍚 + black beans. 😮‍💨 (phew)! After a long mid week of balancing the life of a + upcoming extravaganza 🤓🤓🤓 I’ve been ALL 👏 OVER 👏 THE 👏 PLACE 👏 YO! 😅 Trying to be diligent with work + spend time with the fam whilst being preggers 🤰🏻 Made yo girl here a little tiresome 🥴 + so my very observant 👀 fiancé ♥️ 👤♥️seen how I was trying to deal… answering kids questions while making cupcakes 🧁… cleaning up as I go… he just stared at me, smiling 🙂 saying… “Babe, you’re such an amazing woman. You do so much… it amazes me and I’m so happy 😁 to be with you. I’m proud of you.” And as I stirred the lemon frosting for the I stood there 🥴 smiled + said… “Awww really? 🥰 You really feel that way?” His response 🫂”Oh yeah babe, a hundred percent. 😘 😘 Just finish those up + I’ll get you somethin’ to eat + you go + relax. I got it from here.” So I took a much needed break + was brought this to mah surprise 😋 Some a yummy 🍅 🌿 by with some sides of topped with fresh green onions + cherry tomatoes all soaking in some that makes this side dish super tasty 😋 It ‘twas a that was all worth sharing with some 👩🏻‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏾company. And it surprisingly only took the handsome fella 🤓 15 minutes to make! Bravo 🙌 mi amor 😋 we 🤰🏻are supa satisfied 🙂 + loving the much needed back rub 😌 as I type this blissful post……

Well (sigh) 😒… this time of year… tends to make everyone in our household 😕get the seasonal respiratory issues 😪🤧🤕that leaves us all feeling drained of our energy 😵‍💫 seeking that sweet spot on the 🛌 to be resting up for some better days ahead especially when we’ve got A LOT planned coming up in the next few months! 🧁🌳+🤰🏻🎃🧙‍♀️🌧+ 💐👩🏻‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏾+ 👩‍🏫+ 💕🏡+🎅🎄… 😆 So… that being declared, I got to get better ❤️‍🩹 + what a way to do it with some served by mah love 💗 (Eli) 😍whose got the biggest ♥️ looking after his mom 🥰 on days like these. It’s a simple stew, with lentils + some starchy potatoes 🥔 😋 all slowly cooked in the instant pot with some spices that he threw in there… which I’m guessing 🤔 tastes like a curated in some that is simple yet satisfying 😋 The extras on the side are his little added favorites of pickles 😆 + (aka bollios) garnished with some cilantro 🌿+ red onions 🧅… Plus some (chamomile flower + marshmallow root) was also included (brewed fresh). What a lucky 🍀 gal yo girl is! 🥰 surrounded by such wonderful men in mah 🏡 to care for 👶+me 🥲 So try it out! Even if you’re not sick 🤒 throw some beans 😛 inside a crockpot/instant pot with some delish seasonings 😚🤌 + let it cook ⏰ into some bang’n that’ll be good for now + later. Seriously… 😏 I woke up this morning CRAVING 🤤 some but I didn’t want to go to the store + attempt at finding a cause it’s no joke, a shot in the dark even hoping for it 😒 So… I put my 🦊 🧠 on + 💭 thought about the sweet potatoes that I steam each week so that way I can eat it for breakfast the whole week + I was like💡… AhHa! 😀☝️Got it! I just use that + make it mahself! So I scurried 🏃‍♀️ into the kitchen… grabbed the premade pie crust roll from the freezer (defrosted it) lined a 12-cupcake pan with that 😋 dough making 12 individual mini pie 🥧 crusts… Set that aside… then 🥣 mixed up 🍎sauce + + + + for some extra creaminess into the pre-steamed/pre-mashed 🍠 … mixed that bad boy up real nice 👍 pouring the batter onto the mini crust + baked in the oven for 20 minutes at 425f 👩‍🍳 in which I waited 👀… checked 🤳emails + clients + work stuff and when that ⏲ went off I was like 👍 😋 HELLOOOOOOO 🥧! I couldn’t wait for them to cool… so I tried one and was like 🤩 I’m in heaven… I NEED to post this! And so here we are… enjoying this from one to mah + out there 🙂 this is one ☝️ for the taker! 🥳 situation 😋 So give it a try… I really didn’t measure any of the ingredients 😂 I literally just did what I told you and it came out perfect ✊ It was seriously that easy 🙏 I promise! 😁 And oh yeah… I did too it with some 🥥 whipped cream which made it even more D👌LISH 😜 Now if you don’t like sweet potatoes… I’d say give 🎃 a try… pretty much the same thing, right? 🤔 Well I hope you enjoyed your day wherever you are… and in case you didn’t, for whatever reason it may be, I’m here for ya 🤗 DM me + I’m more than happy to have a convo with ya to brighten your day worth 💪 Stay Strong Mah Beautiful Beautiful Blossoms!

(Sigh of relief) 😌 Today + this past weekend has been nothing but great for business growth which has really exhausted me out, in all the good ways 😅. So taking the time to has been the most important thing for mah that is to + dive into in 😍This has been such an enjoyable + anchoring moment in my daily life that I really spent mah whole day today doing it! It’s like I lost track of time 😏 but in a good way. And this here… is one of my motivations 🥰 mah passions 💖… I am absolutely motivated to + utilize what been gifted to me from above ✨I’ve been really lifted by this beautiful 💝beautiful skill + have helped many thus far to better themselves living a kind of life 🙂. EVERYONE has some kind of 🎁to give unto our 🌎 you just have to open your 👀 + be ready for what is to be revealed 🙌 🥰 to you. So let everyone around you be your be that + in all the positive ways that will make the 🌍 a better place to live… because it really starts with YOU for the positive 💞 So let’s focus + 🤗 !

I woke up this morning around 4:30am 🥱 just enjoying all the kicks + pushes going on in my ☺️ that had me meditating in bed with this very saying in my mind… “live the life you imagine” 😌 + drink it up! I see my life as being half full + it’s really wonderful to now see it this way when all I’ve known was the opposite (half empty) 😔🥀BUT now being 💫+ practicing mah ✨😇 it’s been an ultimate high in life as I see others blossom, as surely I do too. And this might sound odd… 😬 but being has been one of the most important changes that helped my perspective on life change for the better! 🙂 Eating this way has cleared up so many foggy 😶‍🌫️ paths (mentally + physically)… that had I known this 🙄 all along… I would’ve done it sooner! 😁 So👏! If you’re half on the fence 🤔 about a I’d say hop on over cause… it’s a thrilling experience to see the 🚪’s once shut, finally accessible + open to brighter days 🌞that I know I will flourish 🌸🌷🌻 + succeed anything I set my ♥️ out to. And did I have help going to the ABSOLUTELY! I went online + found + with Dr.McDougall + to learn from… which is a privilege to say that I came across them as my have walked me towards. So my fiancé + I were in the area of looking for a good place to eat + wondered if… just if, this taco place had something on the menu for our + sure enough… we were pleasantly surprised 😏 that even this 🌮 house had a delish freshly made for us 😋 with a side of or as Puerto Rican’s call it 😉 It was very good 👍 overall + just nice to see that businesses are really starting to cater/find ways to appease all 👅 buds! It was a shot in the dark but we really did luck in for this one! 😆 so if you’re in the area + looking for something then by all means… 🙂 stop by at this joint + try it out!
