100% of our athletes got FASTER!
(Yes, that means DROPPED time in the graph above!)
In eight off-ice strength and conditioning sessions over the summer, combined with outlined weekly home programming, athletes from the U12 NAVY LA hockey team improved their 20yd sprint times (ex. in one of our graphs shown above), as well as had improved upper and lower body endurance, improved core stability, balance, power/explosiveness, and body composition. Team bonding, creating trusting relationships, and summer fun were all extra perks.
Off season strength and conditioning training not only helps to improve athletic performance, but can improve resiliency to injury during the season to keep athletes in the game.
