this week closed out our final practice of the 7 week chakra reset. these pics are just a small sliver of all that what makes us happy and reminds us what we have to be grateful for.

this week, we took to the outdoors to practice meditation in non traditional ways. walks on the beach and through the woods, tending to the gardens & even watching clouds float through the sky.

Located at the center of the forehead, in between the brows, we find our chakra for this week- Ajna, or Brow Chakra. Most commonly known as the Third Eye or Guru Chakra, this chakra is represented by the element of light, the color violet and your 6th sense. Your brow chakra is the center of your authority, perception, wisdom and intuition. It’s energetic job is to help you come to know yourself more intimately on spiritual, emotional and mental levels.
Finish up your journal questions and homework from last week. Cleanse and reset your space for this week. I can’t wait to see you on your mat! 💜

This week begins our exploration of the higher, more spiritual chakras. First up, the throat chakra. Symbolized by a lotus with 16 petals, the color blue, the element ether and the sense of sound, your throat chakra represents clarity and integrity of speech and helps to guide you towards authentic self expression.

Heart Chakra Week 💚(My personal favorite!)
This week, we begin to connect the bridge between the physical body/instinctual nature and a higher/more evolved state of consciousness. Symbolized by a lotus with 12 petals, each petal associated with the 12 divine qualities of the heart, the color green and the element of air, this chakra is associated with balance, calmness and serenity.
Finish up last weeks homework and journal questions and read over your powerpoint for this week. I can’t wait to see you on your mat tomorrow 💚🍀
