The time up until your baby arrives can be a very busy time which can bring with it feelings of overwhelm, anticipation and often stress on some level.
Pregnancy yoga allows you time out of your busy week to tune in to your body and your baby. You will have the time , and space, to draw your awareness inwards, and use your breath and positive affirmations to send love to your mind, your body, and your baby.
