Towards the end you’re tired you’re ready to call it quits you just want to be done. Just remember in a few weeks your life will change drastically. Try nesting, getting sleep, finishing cleaning up a few things, decorating, have a mommy spa day just enjoy yourself your sanity 😆 and you’re loved ones! Especially yourself!

The end of pregnancy is a real mind game - feeling huge, hot, uncomfortable, crampy, exhausted, anxious and for a lucky few of us HG mamas the nausea & vomiting is out of control again some days. 🤢
You want to be prepared but you also need to slow down and relax.
You are wishing the days away but also scared of how fast time is going.
You’re excited for your baby to be here but you’re also nervous about the birth process.
You can’t wait to hold and bond with your new baby but also worried about how your toddler or kids will take it all.
You’re trying to love your body and respect it but nothing fits, you’re bigger than ever, bumpier than ever, in constant pain and you feel stretched to your limit.
It’s a mind game & although you’re grateful for the process it doesn’t mean it’s not hard. Honestly Some days it feels impossible but I can do it mama and so can you.

First I just want to say thank you for visiting Hollistic Living Doula Services. As a Doula my goal is YOU and ensuring that you have the birth that you want, whatever that looks like to you. I am dedicated to providing Prenatal Care, Birth Support, and PostPartum Care and keeping you and your loved ones informed and up to date with current practices to make sure you are making the best decision for you.

From now until the end of the year I will be taking on 5 new mommies to be at a discounted price of 400$.

Services will include:

- Initial Meet & Greet
- Unlimited Phone Calls/Video Chats
- 3 In Person Appointments
- Birth Support
- 2 weeks postpartum care
- 1 Herbal Consultation

All services require a 100$ down deposit to hold Birth Month and payment arrangements can be made.
