Today marks 2 whole years since the birth of my Soul Share Cards deck 🥲
I have a deep and undying fountain of gratitude for the way they have and continue to reshape and revive my life. I had no foresight for the magic, transformation, and healing that this deck would bring to my life and so many others. Watching them weave their way into the many willing hearts of the world has truly been one of my highest joys.

A catalyst for connection, a gentle breeze that swings open the doorways of the heart, and a deep yet playful way to access the level of uninhibited human relating we all crave.

It is such an incredible blessing to share the medicine offering of this deck with all of you. To those who instantly knew this deck needed to be in their life, to those who have it in their backpacks, on their altars, or coffee tables, and to those who may have been first hesitant to open themselves up to them, thank you. Thank you for leaning into the courage, vulnerability, and authenticity our world needs more of.

Dear beautiful human,

How are you? I know it isn't always easy being human, in fact, for us souls on the path of conscious growth, it rarely ever is. My hope is to make your journey feel a fraction less heavy and isolating by connecting us together in the spirit of sharing our hearts, which time and time again prove to be a living tapestry of one universally feeling heart. Though taking a myriad of forms and expressions, we all experience an assortment of similar emotions, fears, desires, and inspirations along the spectrum of humanity. And there is no better treasure than feeling like I can relate to someone or inspire them in an ever-enchanting exchange of compassionate relating. To be seen and heard can be a rare occurrence in many of our lives, and there is no underestimating the medicine in that alone.

My mission with Soul Share Connection Circles is to create a safe & sacred container for expressing our unfiltered selves and full spectrum humanity through modalities such a talk/story sharing, journal and self-discovery exercises. Soul Share Circles offer a beautiful opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, expand your perspective, fill you with inspiration, and bring you a great sense of belonging. We always begin with guided mediation and grounding breathwork to infuse our container with shared presence, and we utilize the Soul Share Cards - a powerful self-reflection deck to facilitate meaningful conversation, inspiring self-discovery, empowered vulnerability, and deep connection with fellow seekers.

My wish is for everyone to have a safe outlet for expressing all parts of themselves - from the darkness to the light, the longing to the limiting beliefs and everything in between. And then for that strengthening of courage, self-awareness and embodiment of our truth to ripple out into our relationships, inspiring more unapologetic authenticity & empowered vulnerability in our world.

There are 3 pillars to the Soul Share experience: Self-Discovery, Authentic Embodiment, & Empowered Connection.

:: Self-Discovery - the treasure of knowing ourselves in the truest, deepest, and fullest possible context. We achieve this through self-inquiry with the Soul Share Cards, journal prompts/writing exercises, and guided meditation.

:: Authentic Embodiment - the powerful experience of owning your authentic truth and cultivating the courage to embody all forms of your most unapologetic expression, knowing that your greatest magic comes from this space.

:: Empowered Connection - the beautiful journey of co-creating a safe & empowering space to embrace vulnerability and feel seen, heard, and accepted in all that you are and are becoming.
