grateful for the little things - the smell of white pines in a golden rod meadow, the sunlight on the remaining beech leaves in the forest, and little flurries swirling around. 🥂🖤✨

yesterday brought so many little moments of discovery, seeing the art in nature, and the reminder that we should all spend some time connecting with our roots 🌲♥️

october has been such a beautiful whirlwind filled with so many highlights…one of which was watching the leaves fall and seeing a drey appear before my eyes 🐿️

Another was teaming up with to plan a winter series of Forest Therapy Walks, starting with one November 27 🌲
so grateful to live in a world where there are Octobers 🍂
