Our Q&A forum “AAC and Me: Parents’ Journey in Supporting Communication” was successfully held on 31st October 2025 at the Ayati Main Auditorium and via Zoom.

It was an inspiring and heartwarming session where two amazing ‘Star Parents’ shared their valuable experiences with AAC — offering hope, insights, and encouragement to fellow parents on similar journeys.

A big thank you to all the parents who joined us, asked thoughtful questions, and made this discussion truly meaningful. Together, we continue to build a supportive community for every child’s communication journey.

The "Dhvani" AAC lab at Ayati National Centre, together with the Sri Lanka Association for Child Development (SLACD) and MJF charitable foundation conducting an AAC workshop on 19th and 20th of June 2025

Dr. Nimisha Muttiah, Ms Gayanthi Kodituwakku and the "Dhvani" AAC Lab team will be conducting the workshop.

The workshop aims to provide hands-on AAC assessment and intervention training.
