There are many potential therapies coming that could help the final 10% of the CFers without a modular drug. Not very many are even to clinical trials yet. Here is one that reached phase 1 right in our backyard. Thank you University of Iowa, University of Illinois, and Emily's Entourage! We are watching closely.

Building on decades of foundational research by faculty at University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and Carle Illinois College of Medicine, a promising new treatment for cystic fibrosis is now being tested in a clinical trial.
