I specialise in guiding Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra with TCM 5 Elements of the seasons - each has a specific energy & body meridians to release fascia tension & calm your nervous system. I have been practicing all types of yoga for
decades & now teach my favourite Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is incredibly relaxing. It's a slow meditative practice & we hold the poses, supported with blocks, for 3-5 mins to allow the facia or inter-connective tissues to relax & release. We don't work the muscles & there are no standing or balancing poses. We finish with a short Yoga Nidra to fully relax. Chair Yoga is more active & exercises the body whilst fully supported by the chair. It's perfect for seniors or anyone with knee/back issues. Yoga is ultimately a mind-body connection & a gift of giving time to yourself 🙏

For those on Gozo - I'm happy to announce the first of my monthly winter time Nidra - on 20th November - the day of the New Moon at 7pm.
The candlelight 75 minute session will start with 30 minutes of Yin followed by Nidra and integration.
No experience or flexibility is needed. Indoor venue with all equipment provided - just bring a cosy blanket to make your experience even more relaxing.
Yin is a gentle form of Yoga which allows your body to release tension in your fascia - all poses are on the mat so no balancing or using muscles required.
Nidra is a deep relaxation technique which allows your nervous system to calm and reset.
Yin and Nidra go perfectly together.
The 75 minute session costs €15. Just message me to book your place or ask any questions.

Summer is here again so we are back at our outdoor Yin Yoga Studio in a shady spot surrounded by trees. Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8am - we have space for 6 mats so book your spot & you're also invited to join us for a swim afterwards in Marsalforn ☀️
