Happy Transformational Thursday! We want you to meet our friend Julie! A year ago, she was pouring into everyone else. Her church. Her family. Her community.
And somewhere in the middle of serving, leading, mothering, and showing up…she stopped showing up for herself.
Not because she didn’t care.
Not because she lacked discipline.
But because busy moms in ministry are really good at putting themselves last (believe me I KNOW!).
This past year she made a quiet decision:
“I matter too.”
Not to shrink herself.
Not to chase a number on a scale.
Not to prove anything.
But to feel strong.
Clear.
Steady.
At home in her own body again.
And look at her (pictured exactly one year apart on the same ministry trip). Not just the physical change — though yes, she looks incredible (right??!!).
Look at her posture.
Her confidence.
Her presence.
This is what happens when a woman stops running on empty and starts supporting her nervous system, fueling her body, and moving with intention.
If you’re a busy mom, a woman in ministry, (and/or) a leader who feels constantly poured out…You are not selfish for wanting to feel good in your own skin again.
You are allowed to take up space in your own life.
And yes — you can do this too.
One steady step at a time. 🤍
If you’ve been putting yourself last, this is your sign. You don’t have to disappear to serve. You’re allowed to THRIVE!
Our 6 week coaching sessions are BACK! And to celebrate we have a $50 off coupon for you! Comment ME below if this resonates as we’d love the opportunity to talk about what it looks like to prioritize you!
