Had a wonderful time interacting with him . Discussing abt my roots and my achievements in physiotherapy in Mumbai was a dream come true .

Getting appreciation from your hometown is so blessed feeling .

C sec !!!!
Healing or scarring ?? part 1

Do you know c section is one of the major abdominal surgery?
But y is it called so ?
⭐ Their are so many layers from superficial to deep which are cut and separate then sutured and approximated .
🌟 Surgery involves cutting of some nerves , even best of surgeon cannot save all the nerves or vessels .Only the most important one are saved .
🌟 Surgery requires use of epidural or local anaesthesia or general anaesthesia which has itz own pros n cons .
🌟 The female looses more blood in a c section as compaired to a normal vaginal delivery .
🌟 When a female goes for an emergency c section after straining or pushing for normal vaginal delivery their are many minor tears in her pelvic floor muscles as well as deep structures .

Because of all this c section is called a major surgery and coming out of this surgery needs a guided approach otherwise many land up with low back pain , loss of sensation around the suture site , painful coitus , tummy bulge .

Happy women's day to all....
It is a late post ,,,as I actually needed some time to write about it .
Many of us think that it is the men who dominate women or the patriarchal society that we live in .But it is other way out it is women against women . The patriarchal methods are more sternly followed or imposed by females as compared to males ( they will worry abt office or the home rituals ) in the name of this happens in our family .
Women should lift other women who needs help .
This will happen when we will make our daughters independent and teach them that no one is perfect and however she is she is the best .
We have to accomodate changes ,men are more receptive to changes so don't hate them .
I have always found lots of strength and practically solutions from my better half let it be personal or professional .And yes he always suprise me with my fav pink roses .....
So if you want to celebrate being women be more open , be more accommodative, more accepting and loving other women ....
