Friday Night Circle is a training message circle where you can practice and learn how to get messages from loved ones who have crossed over, your spirit guides, or your higher self (soul) etcetera.

You will experience a guided meditation followed by talking about your experience, then a message from a facilitator as well as any messages from any other participants on the zoom call who would like to share anything they received for you in the way of messages, signs, symbols etcetera. This also gives you the opportunity to practice connecting to others energy and using your senses to connect.

One of the experienced facilitators will make sure everyone gets at least one message in addition to any from additional participants who are practicing. This is a safe place to receive messages from Spirit and to develop your own intuition.

Heal to Ascend Series - Healing the Lemuria Wound

This session focuses on healing the trauma and deep sadness around the sinking of the ancient continent of Lemuria. Many Lemurians made it out and moved to other places but still felt the deep ache of their beloved home being gone, never being able to go back, and carry the trauma from it. Others didn’t make out and sank with Lemuria and carry this trauma as well. Lemuria was considered the mother civilization and anchored in the divine feminine energies on the planet. Lemurians were a peaceful civilization working in alignment with their intuition and Mother Earth. They were gifted energy healers, in tune with nature, psychically connected to their star ancestors, avidly worked with crystals and even stored information in specific crystals known as Lemurians for later awakening generations.

This series was brought to me by spirit during the Lion’s Gate Portal. I was told to host these sessions to help people clear out and release trauma from specific historical events that have energetically impacted large amount of souls presently incarnated. The time is now.

Due to the influx of energies coming onto the planet and in turn into our energy fields, we will continue purging out anything that is causing restriction, constriction, or holding you back energetically. It is much easier to work on realizing and releasing these energies now than later on down the road purging it out.

The energies are going to continue rising in 2026 according to spirit and this is why they have asked me to host this series with meditations I will be channeling in to assist in realizing where you may be holding trauma or energies impacting you and releasing them.

July 7th is the 77 Portal known as the Sirius Gateway or the Gateway to Heaven. It’s a great time to connect to your soul while this high vibrational portal is in effect leading up to its highest point on 7/7. It’s especially potent combined with the incoming solar space weather and solar flares packing an energetic punch and wave after wave of upgrades along with knowledge pouring in through layers of solar energy. Sit in the sun a bit as it rises or sets every day this week if you can. Absorb those upgrades and higher knowledge rolling in. Take some time to check in with yourself. See what emotions come up for you. Cleanse your energy and auric field wether that be through smudging, baths with oils or salts, energy clearing and Reiki etcetera. Write a letter to yourself or to someone who hurt you or you hurt and get all you want to say out of your system. It doesn’t matter if they have passed. Energy transfers. It’s time to let go, to release the energetic and emotional chains that have bound you. It’s time to recognize how far you’ve come. Even if you’ve stumbled or crawled. You’re still doing it. It’s time to usher in the golden age of love, abundance, and unity. May it start with you 💛
