We are in the last quarter of 2025. 🥰
Wow, what a ride this year has been.

I think we could all deal with some extra rest, stillness, a way to refill our cup & find some connection in our community.

So, for this term, my friday "Breathing Space Circle" will be happening weekly, rather than fortnightly.
I want to give people an opportunity to reset once a week. My intention is for you to not crash when you finally arrive at Christmas. Gift yourself 1h a week to come back to your heart, breathe & rest.
You have full permission to come just as you are, snuggle up and let me guide you to a place where the outside world disappears. 🌌 ✨️

I think this is a good time to remind ourselves that YOGA is not to be practiced, but to be lived 🙏🧡.

There are 8 Limbs of Yoga, and each has such a beautiful gift to offer to us & in turn to the world 🌎 around you.

This is not another thing we have to do or be perfect at, but rather an invitation on how we can create an aligned life.

What i love about YOGA is that it's so encompassing of the physical, emotional & spiritual aspects of who we are. It's a modality that can bring release, strength, stillness, alignment, joy, relaxation, and opportunity to truly be with oneself. It has been such a gift in my life in so many different ways. I'm so grateful for that.🙏

So here's the first one. The Yamas 🌿

MOVING into STILLNESS ✨️

Tuesday evenings are moulding into what I feel called to in my heart.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT to prepare your body for deep REST & STILLNESS.

Live is asking a lot of us at this time. To find more balance we need to allow ourselves some down time.

We will stretch & release tension from our physical body & then drift into the world of Calm & Wonder through Meditation.

Reset your Nervous System & give yourself some BREATHING SPACE 🌬.

You are invited to make yourself a priority & receive some well deserved resting time.

LIFE IS A MIRACLE ✨️

This is my favourite quote of all times.

You really have a choice to see it all as just ordinary & mundane OR you can open your heart & mind to witness the absolute miracle of what it is to be alive...even when the world seems to be out of balance.

We choose what we focus on. We choose where our attention goes.We choose what we invest our energy in. ✨️

Every time I step into nature I feel this so deeply. We are all here together at this time for a reason. There are no coincidences. We are all divinely placed right here, right now.

Can we do something with that?

I sometimes feel we are settling for the comfortable, the mundane, the easy, the safe zone, but that's not life.

LIFE is meant to bring challenges & adversity for us to grow into our fullest potential, find our unique gifts & then use these abilities to assist others....no matter what that is.

No everyone is meant to be some guru or personal coach.

It all comes back to your intention. Is your intention kind & heart-led?

This world needs KINDNESS more than anything. 🫶

I would rather live a life in which my heart feels the depth of all emotions, than a life that's comfortable where nothing penetrates my heart & soul.

I intend on following my love for human connection & shared experiences.

We are all one & when we really truly understand that, we could never harm another living being.
