🧘‍♀️ 12.20 pilates (30mins)

🥦13.30 lunch

💫14.10 oxygen hyperbaric chambee therapy (90mins)

🥦17.30 dinner

🏊‍♀️19.00 evening in the pool swimming + wet & dry sauna

🛌 22.00 Fall into bed & sleep like a baby

X 14 days 💪

It all started during lockdown with a paddling pool & every year i've upgraded........

This year i've sort of upgraded again except i haven't..............
but the neighbour has & we have a gate in the fence so...........
