According to the Food & Health Survey, 82% of us choose food based on taste, followed by price (66%), healthfulness (58%), convenience (52%), and only 31% said environmental sustainability.
This matters because it shows us where our decisions actually come from — and it’s not always health first. When we understand these drivers, we can start aligning our choices with what we truly want: energy, clarity, and a life that feels good in our bodies.

You know those days where you’re pushing from the moment you wake up… only to end up foggy, irritable, and exhausted?
That’s what happens when you fight your body’s natural rhythm.

In Ayurveda, every part of the day is ruled by a dosha — and each one brings a different type of energy your body is designed to work with, not against.

Here’s how to flow with it:

🌿 Kapha Time | 6 AM – 10 AM
Your body is naturally slower and more grounded — perfect for gentle movement, nourishing breakfast, and easing into your day. Start here, and you’ll have steady energy instead of a mid-morning crash.

🔥 Pitta Time | 10 AM – 2 PM
This is your power zone. Digestion and focus are at their peak — ideal for your hardest work, deep thinking, and your main meal of the day. You’ll get more done in these hours than you do in twice the time later.

💨 Vata Time | 2 PM – 6 PM
Your creative, idea-generating energy takes over. Great for brainstorming, collaboration, and wrapping up lighter tasks. It’s also a good time to get outside and recharge.

🌿 Kapha Time | 6 PM – 10 PM
Your body is winding down. Eat a light dinner, connect with loved ones, and set up your environment for restful sleep.

🔥 Pitta Time | 10 PM – 2 AM
Your internal systems are busy detoxing and repairing. If you’re awake and scrolling, you’re stealing energy from tomorrow.

💨 Vata Time | 2 AM – 6 AM
Light, clear energy — the most peaceful time for deep sleep or early morning meditation. Waking up here leaves you feeling sharper and more centered.

✨ When you start working with this rhythm, your focus sharpens, your creativity flows, and your energy lasts all day — without that constant “push.”
