We are seeking exceptional Support Workers to join our team in delivering high-quality, person-centred disability support.

Several individuals are seeking the right Support Worker to become part of their support circle, with shifts such as:

• Days, weekends, and overnight shifts available
• Before & after school support
• Family-centric home support
• Outdoor-focused support (footy, camping, fishing, yard work)
• Opportunities on Maggie Island and Townsville
💰$43.23 per hour SCHADS Level 2.1 Casual with the opportunity to transition to Part-time.
👨 Male applicants are strongly encouraged based on participant preference.
🎓 Certificate in Individual Support (Disability) is desired but not essential, the right attitude matters most.

You will need (or be willing to obtain):
• NDIS Worker Screening Card + Blue Card
• Driver’s Licence
• First Aid & CPR

Shannon the managing director of Lived Potential has had support workers in his home since 2010, therefore we understand that the support organisation that works for you must embody your families values and maintain the utmost confidentiality, as they are in your home in the most private moments. We are seeking an exceptional male Support Worker to join our team!

About the role-

The role is a casual position to assist a male person with daily living, community access and home chores. The ideal support worker will have experience using power tools, shares similar interest with the person (fishing, camping, footy, building, swimming and outdoor tasks)
The role will commence on a casual basis, with the potential to move to part time in the future – SCHADS Award SACS Level 2.1 for the right candidate.

Availability-
Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm

About the roles-

The roles are a variety of personal care, manual handling and community access.

Support is conducted in both family centric environments and solo homes. We are also looking to build a small casual pool to meet the short term needs of clients whilst they await ndis approval, after being discharged to home stay from the Townsville hospital.

Hours are dependent on your availability!

About the role-
The role is a variety of Personal care, manual handling and community access, support takes place in a family centric environment.
The role is a relief position consisting of 10 hours a week minimum with active overnight coverage ability.
The role will commence on a casual basis, with the potential to move to part time in the future – SCHADS Award SACS Level and payrates highly negotiable for the right candidate.

Christmas Day 25th December 10pm – 7am
Boxing day 26th December 10pm – 7am
