Práctica de yoga muy suave para finalizar el día aliviando y mitigando dolores y tensión en la espalda baja (zona lumbar). Los ejercicios son aptos para todos los niveles. Acabamos la práctica con un ejercicio corto de respiración para relajar la mente.

Take a bit of time in the day to connect with yourself. Dedicating that time is an essential foundation for being able to offer genuine love to others. Calm is born from (1) letting go of what is unnecessary and (2) knowing ourselves to be always at home. ✨🧘🏽‍♀️
