This is how I understand the world & universe, and how I am able to do my energy healing work, and this *why* it works, magically. ☺️

When I connect with you I don’t hit a physical wall.
I feel and sense the different frequencies of energy and what they are…different emotions, beliefs, thoughts, experiences, cords, contracts, dis-ease and imbalanced energy, flow or lack of flow, density (low) vs lightness (high), etc.

It’s magic because we can’t see it & the things we can do with the invisible are amazing, but it’s also science…it’s real…and that’s why it works.

The Hopi Prophecy of the Third Shaking of the Earth 🦅🪶
In Native American wisdom, the Hopi tribe spoke of a powerful prophecy known as the Three Great Shakings of the Earth. 🌎

The first two shakings are believed to have already occurred, being the First and Second World Wars, both global events that deeply impacted all of humanity.

The Third Shaking, the Hopi said, would come at a time of great upheaval, marked by an increase in extreme weather events of all kinds, such as, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, storms, fires and floods. 💨🌊⚡️🔥

These would all be signs that Mother Earth was entering a sacred birthing process and a time of deep cleansing, purification and transformation in our world. 🌎

The Hopi understood the Earth as a sentient, sacred being and our living, breathing Mother, with indigenous peoples living in harmony and balance with nature, honouring the lands, the waters, the entire planet and with great respect for all that she provides. 🌱

The Hopi taught that the Earth moves through natural cycles of release and renewal and that when humanity strays from living in alignment, the Earth responds with a great rebalancing as a natural consequence. ⚖️

At this time of The Third Shaking, the Hopi believed that global division, conflict and disharmony would become so widespread that the Earth would begin to call out to her children and she would urge us, as the children who live upon her, to return to peace, unity and harmony with one another, with Mother Earth herself, and with all life. 🌎

At the same time of The Third Great Shaking, the prophecy also speaks of a shift into a new era, which coincides with the Hopi Rainbow Warrior prophecy, that foretells a tribe of millions of people, from all races, nations and walks of life, who would hear the Earth’s call and begin to awaken spiritually. 🌱🌈

One by one, these peoples would set aside their differences, begin to unite and return to a way of being that is rooted in love, healing, harmony and balance upon the Earth.

Many believe we are now living in this time, the time of The Third Great Shaking, where the old ways of division, disconnection and imbalance are beginning to dissolve and something new is about to be born. 🌀

The birth of a new humanity, one that recognises our shared responsibility to walk gently upon the Earth, to return to balance and harmony and to honour the sacredness of ALL life upon her. 🙏💕🙏

“This moment humanity is going through can now be seen as a portal and as a hole.

The decision to fall into the hole or go through the portal is up to you.

If you repent of the problem and consume the news 24 hours a day, with little energy, nervous all the time, with pessimism, you will fall into the hole. But if you take this opportunity to look at yourself, rethink life and death, take care of yourself and others, you will cross the portal.

Take care of your homes, take care of your body. Connect with your spiritual House.

When you are taking care of yourselves, you are taking care of everything else. Do not lose the spiritual dimension of this crisis, have the eagle aspect, that from above, and see the whole; see more broadly.

There is a social demand in this crisis, but there is also a spiritual demand. The two go hand in hand. Without the social dimension, we fall into fanaticism. But without the spiritual dimension, we fall into pessimism and lack of meaning.

You were prepared to go through this crisis. Take your toolbox and use all the tools available to you.

Learn about resistance of the indigenous and African peoples: we have always been and continue to be exterminated. But we still haven't stopped singing, dancing, lighting a fire and having fun. Don't feel guilty about being happy during this difficult time.
You do not help at all being sad and without energy. You help if good things emanate from the Universe now. It is through joy that one resists. Also, when the storm passes, each of you will be very important in the reconstruction of this new world.

You need to be well and strong. And, for that, there is no other way than to maintain a beautiful, happy and bright vibration. This has nothing to do with alienation.

This is a resistance strategy. In shamanism, there is a rite of passage called the quest for vision. You spend a few days alone in the forest, without water, without food, without protection. When you cross this portal, you get a new vision of the world, because you have faced your fears, your difficulties ...

This is what is asked of you:

Allow yourself to take advantage of this time to perform your vision seeking rituals. What world do you want to build for you? For now, this is what you can do: serenity in the storm. Calm down, pray every day. Establish a routine to meet the sacred every day.
Good things emanate; what you emanate now is the most important thing. And sing, dance, resist through art, joy, faith and love. "

During our session together, we will pinpoint the root causes of your challenges (emotions, thoughts/beliefs, past experiences, jobs, relationships, past lives, and more), then I will guide you through different powerful, but gently supported, techniques that allow you to release and heal from them.
(75-90 mins typically on ZOOM, $120)

*2. In-Person hands-on Energy Healing Session:*

This is like the mini-sessions I offered at the Eagan Healing & Wellness Fair!

By gently pressing points around the body and helping shift energy, each session will help release and un-anchor dense, heavy, stuck or stagnant energies in the body - these can be emotional, mental, spiritual, beliefs, physical, old experiences/memories, ancestral and more.
You can come with something specific you'd like to work on, or just open to releasing whatever comes up.
You'll leave each session feeling lighter, relaxed, more grounded, and more centered.
(45-60 minutes, $110)

*NOTES* these sessions can be for kids too, but since they can comfortably lie still for shorter periods, they are 20-30 mins for $55; OR you could schedule a full session and split the time with them so you both enjoy some healing!
