After 25 years our lovely Di has retired from her position at the surgery as Lead Care Navigator.
She will be missed by both staff and patients, and will always be known for her brilliant patient care.
We wish her a happy and healthy retirement .
We have had patients asking if they can bring in cards for Di. If this is something that you would like to do then please feel free to leave them with reception, we will ensure that they are given to Di.

FOR DR DRISCOLL!***

We would like to wish Dr Driscoll a very Happy 60th Birthday! 🎁 🎈from all at Haven Health.

Also this month…. Our clinical safety team has been awarded a prestigious prize, in recognition of the outstanding way it uses data to improve the care we provide to patients. The team has been named as joint clinical winner of the first Bennett institute prize. This was presented to Dr Driscoll at a celebration event at the University of Oxford. 🏆
