The year is almost over and we are reflecting on all the little ones welcomed and the moms we have served.
We’ve had lots of “scholarship” moms this year and gone thru lots of supplies and donated items. What a blessing to be able to fill needs!!
To be honest though, things are pretty depleted! And as we grow and prepare for better ways to welcome babies, especially when they are slow to breathe and transition earthside, we see how having back up tools and additional resuscitation gear has given us confidence in being able to care for moms and babies. Many pieces of equipment also need to be replaced, incuding the gear we carry our equipment in!
All terrain equipment is essential when we are running in to catch a tiny one in a hurry in rural areas or third story apartments alike. Even a new vehicle will be needed early this year.
Please consider helping us meet some needs, and refill our scholarship funds for low-income or low-resource families. We would especially like to continue to serve marginalized women, and those in emergency situations with escaping trauma and/or trafficking. The funds have been so needed, they’re currently depleted.

Got a little misty eyed as I set up my “extensive” holiday decor this morning at the office. (Insert sarcasm here, lol)
SO much has happened since the last Hanukkah & Christmas. SO many families have welcomed me into the most intimate of spaces and allowed me to be the first to touch their newborn babes.

What an incredible honor.

Sometimes babies just make the coziest nights even sweeter. Missed the candlelight service but was sent pics. We’ll hold vigil by the birth pool instead. 🥰
