Harness the Fire: Draconid Meteor Shower Yogic Significance! 🐉

Tonight, the Draconids peak, offering a rare portal for cosmic transformation and a powerful reminder that you are part of something vast.
The shower’s radiant in Draco the Dragon ignites three profound yogic lessons:

1. Sudden Clarity & Release: The meteor’s brilliant streak is Viveka (instantaneous truth). Visualize the celestial fire incinerating old patterns, stagnant energy, and limiting beliefs (samskaras). Use this energy for quick, powerful insight (Samyama).

2. Activate Your Inner Fire (Agni): Connect with the Dragon’s assertiveness and power in your Solar Plexus (Manipura Chakra). Meditate on guarding your inner treasure—your peace, truth, and sovereign self.

3. Surrender to the Cosmos: The shower is a masterclass in non-attachment. Practice Surrender (Ishvara \ Pranidhana) by letting go of control, and embrace the simple, fleeting beauty of the present moment (Aparigraha).

✨ Tonight’s Practice for Release & Openness:
• Asana: Practice Pigeon Pose (Eka \ Pada \ Rajakapotasana) to release deep emotional tension stored in the hips, preparing your vessel for clarity.
• Meditation: Lie in Savasana, set a sharp intention, and visualize the light of each meteor branding that truth onto your highest self.

Trust the cosmic order. Let the universe guide you!

Unlock the Fortress: Express Your Self 🔥
For too long, I kept the truest parts of my being locked away—a secret garden hidden behind a gate.

I listened to the old voices that said my light, my wild, creative energy, my deepest joy, and my own sensuality were simply “too much,” and that shining brightly was “showing off.”
So, I dimmed my light and learned to live in the shadows of my potential.

But the locked gate became a cage. The beauty I hid became overgrown.

My journey of reclamation began with a powerful realization: Others’ perception of my “too muchness” is a mirror of their limits, not a reflection of my worth.

I took the key and unlocked the gate, not for an audience, but as an act of sacred devotion to my own being. I refused to apologize for the very things that make me feel alive.

To be fully me is to flow with Rta (cosmic order), to be a force of nature. It means letting my creativity flow without seeking permission, letting my body move in ways that feel true, and pursuing my bliss without shame. This is a radical act of self-love, a declaration that I am worthy of my own joy.

After the deep intentions set during Navaratri, I know my worth is not determined by how well I fit into someone else’s idea of “enough.”

I am more than enough. I am all of it—the bold desires, the radiant sensuality, the creativity, and the human flaws—and I will no longer hold back.

I invite you to do the same. Let the full, unapologetic vibrancy of your being shine through!

The 8+ Demons the Divine Energy Challenges YOU to Slay!
Navaratri is your spiritual boot camp. The battles in the Devi Mahatmyam aren’t just myths—they are the war happening right now, inside your mind and body.

The Goddess Durga’s power is the Shakti within you, ready to fight. So - Stop looking for monsters outside. Look within and confront your own demons:

1. Madhu & Kaitabha: Ignorance & Doubt (The mind’s static). Slay it with Discernment (\text{Viveka}).

2. Mahishasura: The Shapeshifting Ego (Pride, Arrogance, Insecurity). Slay it with Humility & Surrender.

3. Dhumralochana: Blinding Rage (Impulsive, thoughtless anger). Slay it with Immediate Stillness.

4. Chanda & Munda: Aversion & Attachment (The constant “I want/I hate”). Slay them with Non-Reactivity.

5. Raktabeeja: Repetitive Cycles (The bad habit that multiplies). Slay it with Absolute Vigilance—don’t let a single ‘seed’ drop!

6. Nishumbha: Insecurity & Fear (The need for external validation). Slay it with Inner Contentment (\text{Santosha}).

7. Shumbha: Ultimate Arrogance (The delusion that you are the sole controller). Slay it by Dissolving the ‘I’ into the Divine.

8. The Eight Pashas: Cut the final subtle bonds of Shame, Fear, and Pride of Lineage that restrict your soul.

When you conquer these inner forces, you awaken your own boundless Shakti (strength, wisdom, clarity). The war is on. Pick up your sword.

After nine days of deep devotion, we arrive at the final day of Navaratri, dedicated to Siddhidatri.

Her name translates to “giver of supernatural powers”. But the true power she bestows is the one we cultivate within ourselves - the power to manifest our deepest desires and to find completion in our spiritual journey.

Siddhidatri represents the culmination of all the qualities we’ve honored throughout the festival: strength, courage, wisdom, and purity. She reminds us that the journey inward is not just for reflection, but for empowerment. We’ve laid the foundation, nurtured our intentions, and now it is time to bring them to life.

As we conclude this sacred period, I find myself drawn back to the simplicity and grounding of Tadasana (Mountain Pose). You will now realise that while it may seem like a simple pose, it’s a profound practice of establishing a solid base, aligning every part of the body, and standing tall with unwavering stability. Your Tadasana may evolve into Utkata Konasana - Fierce Angle Pose to deepen your grounding & alignment.

These asana perfectly mirror the essence of Siddhidatri: we stand strong, rooted, ready to face the world with the power and grace we have cultivated.

You come to realise that when done correctly these asana are the most challenging - as every muscle, tendon, bone & joint is in the perfect state of alignment, tension & relaxation.

May you enjoy the completion of your journey. May you manifest your intentions with grace and purpose, knowing that the “siddhis” you seek are always within.

Day 8 of Navaratri is dedicated to Mahagauri, the profound, divine energy of purity, serenity, and inner transformation.

After the fierce energy of Kaalratri, we now arrive at a state of peace and calm.

Maha Gauri is often surrounded by light & is pictured riding a white bull. This symbolises the cleansing of all impurities & a return to our true, pristine nature.

Her story teaches us the power of deep austerity and penance, not as a form of suffering, but as a practice to burn away what no longer serves us, revealing our inherent radiance.

As we honor her, let’s practice supported forward folds like Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend) and all its variations. These asana encourage us to turn inward, calming the nervous system and creating a space for reflection.

As we relax into Paschimottanasana, we aim to embody Gauri’s serene grace. This helps us to release tension and find our own inner light.

May purity and peace guide you today.

Tonight, as the Blood Moon ascended, it whispered a truth that resonated deeply.

The moon, in all its full and radiant glory, remains beautiful even as it is completely enveloped by the Earth’s shadow. It doesn’t shrink or disappear; it simply transforms, glowing in a deep, powerful hue. This is a profound testament to our own existence: our light isn’t extinguished by the shadows we face.

If we can truly grasp this, we learn to live fully, not despite our circumstances, but in the midst of them. We learn to celebrate the strengths of others—their unique brilliance and capabilities—without our own self-worth ever feeling threatened. The moon’s full glow doesn’t diminish because of the stars around it; it simply adds to the night’s wonder.

This eclipse is a sacred lesson. It teaches us to embrace our full selves, to trust our inner light, and to let it shine brightly, creating a life where we can be our most authentic, powerful selves.

You, like the moon, are beautiful and whole, even in the deepest shadow.

In the solitude of dawn, I feel a profound connection to the whispers of the cosmos. ✨ This morning, I’m especially drawn to the powerful energy of Maharishi Agastya, a true master and a guiding light in my practice.
He’s more than just a name to me—he’s the very breath of a tradition that flows through everything I do. As the revered father of Siddha medicine, Agastya Muni saw the human body not just as a physical form, but as a microcosm of the cosmos itself.
I feel his guiding hand in my Marmapuncture practice. The marmas, or vital energy points I work with, are gateways to the soul, and his ancient teachings are the key that unlocks their power. Each time I restore the flow of chi, I am not just a practitioner, but a humble student echoing a tradition passed down through millennia.
His spirit also lives on in the fierce, fluid movements of my ancient martial art, Kalaripayattu. The animal forms and intricate footwork aren’t just techniques; they’re a physical prayer that honors the same energetic principles Agastya embodied.
My personal practice is a tapestry woven with the threads of his wisdom. The intuitive touch I bring to a treatment, the quiet reverence for the life force within—all of this is a testament to his legacy. He reminds us that true healing is a journey of self-discovery, a quest to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit.
The past isn’t gone; it’s alive within us, waiting to be rediscovered. May you feel the ancient whispers of wisdom guiding you toward your own healing and light. 🙏🏾

For as long as I can remember, perfection has been my silent companion — a fire passed down through generations, echoing the millennia-old Siddha tradition my soul communes with. 🔥✨

But the Siddha path isn’t only about mastery. It’s about truth. It’s about showing up honestly, even in the stumbles and missteps — because the imperfection of the process is where the real growth unfolds. 🌿

When I let go of the facade of perfection, I found freedom. I began to value not just the victories, but also the doubts, struggles, and lessons hidden within them. True mastery isn’t about being flawless. It’s about the courage to be seen becoming.

The most sacred pilgrimage is not towards perfection — but back to ourselves. 🕉️💫

I embrace the darkness, not as a void to be feared, but as the fertile soil from which true illumination springs. I am not afraid of the shadows that dance within me, nor those that cling to the hearts of others. For within those depths, I believe, lies the raw material of transformation.

Join me for a discussion on what it means to embrace the darkness within.

Deeply grateful for all your messages! 🙏

I’m eager to share my Himalayan trek & Kumbh Mela experiences, but first, I need time to integrate these profound moments. ✨

From solo mountain silence in the Himalayas to practicing with incredible yogis at Kumbh Mela, these journeys touched my soul in ways words can’t yet express. These stories aren’t just events; they’re seeds of wisdom needing time to root and grow within. 🌱 I’m exploring the ineffable, listening to my heart, and seeking the truest way to share these sacred gifts. Thank you for your patience as I journey inward. Your questions are held close, and I’ll share when the time is right. ❤️

My Indian odyssey began with a solitary trek through the majestic Himalayas, a time for deep introspection and communion with nature. I then sought solace in a snow-covered monastery, where silence reigned supreme and the divine whispered secrets on the wind.
Descending from the mountains, I found myself drop into the Rishikesh Yoga Festival, at my home away from home.
And in the New Year I was immersed in the vibrant energy of Mumbai. Reconnecting with dear friends, family, and fellow yogis, I was inspired by the city’s pulse – the music, the art, the shared dreams. These encounters ignited new projects and collaborations, a testament to the power of human connection.
Now, I embark on a pilgrimage to Varanasi, a city steeped in ancient wisdom. They say you only reach Varanasi when the devas (divine beings) call, and I feel a profound sense of alignment with this sacred city.
From the spiritual heart of India, I will journey to the Maha Kumbh Mela, the largest human gathering on Earth. This once-in-12 year confluence of yogis from across India holds the promise of reuniting with souls I haven’t seen since childhood.
This journey has been a testament to the interconnectedness of all beings and the enduring power of the human spirit. Stay tuned for updates as I hope to share adventures through Varanasi & Maha Kumbh Mela. Grateful for all the well wishes from across the globe - this has been a journey to my centre, my source. 🙏
