Working with on one of my favorite go-to single-leg stability exercises, the skater squat 🛹 🦵🏻
This one’s tough. It challenges balance, control, and strength all in one. A lot of people rush it or let their knee cave in, but with the right cue (and a little help from the slant board by ) it becomes a game-changer for building knee stability.
Vic and I have been working on rehabbing a previous knee injury that’s affected his ability to skate and move the way he wants, so we’re dialing in the details to get him strong, stable, and confident again to get back to skateboarding and continue inspiring others
