Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Account Assistant to join our team in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, verifying and posting transactions, and reconciling accounts. They will also be responsible for assisting with inventory management, handling general office duties such as handling banking transections, answering phones and filing, and providing excellent customer service to clients.
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
Experience with accounting software, such as Microsoft Excel, Rigo account Software
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with general office equipment, such as printers and scanners
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
Priority will be given to the male candidate and having bike or scotty will be plus point.
