Shamanic journeys are some of the most interesting and profound experiences of my life.
Each journey opens a doorway into unseen worlds—symbolic, ancient, alive with wisdom. No two are ever the same. Some are gentle. Some are fierce. All of them speak in a language beyond the mind.

Through journeying, I’ve learned that spirit communicates in stories, landscapes, animals, elements, and sensations. It’s not about logic—it’s about remembrance. About listening. About allowing what wants to be revealed to come forward.

I feel deeply honored to walk these realms and even more honored to share the stories that come through them. They’ve shaped who I am, how I heal, and how I guide others through their own thresholds of transformation.

My Shaman’s Tools: Drum & Rattle 🪶✨

These are not instruments.
They are portals.

My drum carries the heartbeat of the Earth —
the original rhythm that calls the spirit back into the body. I made this drink with my hands, it’s unprinted with medicine from my guides as well.

When I drum, time dissolves.
The mind softens.
The veil thins.
And the soul remembers its way home.

My rattle is the voice of movement and clearing —
shaking loose stagnant energy, old stories, unseen attachments.
Each shake is a prayer.
Each sound, a release.
It sweeps the field, awakens the elements,
and calls in protection, clarity, and truth.

Together, drum and rattle guide journeys between worlds —
lower, middle, and upper realms —
where power animals speak, ancestors whisper,
and healing happens beyond words.

These tools are alive.
They listen.
They respond.
They work with me, not through me.

This is ancient medicine.
Earth-based.
Heart-led.
Remembered.
