Join us! Full Moon Meditation this month!

Full Moon Meditation & Manifestation 
In this session we will use the energies of the full moon and go through a series of exercises to let go of what doesn't serve us and manifest our deepest desires. We will start with an opening sharing circle and a heart coherence meditation. Then we will dive into a letting go exercise with a guided forgiveness meditation. During the meditation you will receive energy healing from the facilitator. We will then complete a manifestation project created by Joe Dispenza in order to attract what we desire the most in our lives now and we will take it home to continue the law of attraction process. The session will end with a sharing circle.
