This is crazy....
Everyone says they see my weight loss, but I still look in the mirror and see 300lb me staring back at me. Seeing these pics side by side from last year and now, I can actually see a difference 😭
While I'm still no where near my goal weight, this motivates me to keep going!! ❤️‍🔥

And update: I lost 1 pound this week. But I've been exploring with some new recipes and ways to cut down on my carb intake. Enjoying my Thanksgiving dinner today then back on routine tomorrow 😁
