Who out there feels wiped out…
like you’ve been holding everything for way too long?

If no one has told you lately, you deserve rest.
True rest. The kind that softens your body and lets your spirit breathe again.

We’re gathering for something really special this April. A gentle flower blessing, an ancestral soundbath, and a cozy potluck to be in community. A space to land, to receive, and to remember you’re not alone.

Spring came in fast this year, and I still want to savor its blossoming. This offering is meant to feel like a tall glass of water. A place where you can renew your energy, be held, and simply exist as you are.

Come as you are. Pay what you can.
If you feel called, that’s enough.

This night is also a celebration.
Honoring Monique’s birthday and Emily’s grand opening with so much love and joy. And lifting up the women and community that make this kind of gathering possible.

My time in my office is coming to an end. But endings mean new beginnings. As I keep moving forward on this journey of mine, I find it important to honor what fuels and nourishes you. To honor the pace at which you grow. Nobody’s flower blooms at the same speed and in quite the same special ways.

My transition is not a rush. It’s a beautiful unfolding. I’ll be here in Old Town officially til 4/21. Please reach out to book with me for 15% off or more with a review. We close out the final week of February with an event or booking every day. Thank you for these opportunities to share my love of sound healing with my friends and community. We’re opening a new monthly soundbath series at , created to build a steady rhythm of grounding and community care for Pasadena and our surrounding neighborhoods.

Our first gathering is The Breakthrough: A Monthly Ancestral Soundbath, guided by Adele Choh Zin & Monique Moore . This experience invites deep rest and gentle release through layered sound honoring our cultural sound healing lineages and the support of those who came before us. 🌬️

With Open Hearts & Open Minds, Step Into the Possibilities

Thank you for the support and encouragement!
I’m happy to grow at the pace of my inner flow,
sharing healing sounds and reflections of our journey along the way. It’s been the ride of my life stripping away old identities and versions of me, pivoting from hospitality, events and acting and following my heart toward healing with sound, honoring and protecting the energies and rhythms of my own heart and all the ChoZin Ones a part of my path. If anything that I share on my stories has challenged and/or nurtured a part of your heart that felt unseen or a part of you resonates with my sounds, then I’m happy.

I’m appreciative of this nano milestone since I just recently challenged myself to do more IG Lives before the year ends. And now with 1K, I can officially go on IG Live from ! So that I can continue my goal of IG Lives once a week. My goal for 2026 will include securing a great recording setup so that I can begin to share Soundbaths on YouTube! I’m enjoying my baby steps.

I love and appreciate how life can keep bringing you the most exciting opportunities & surprises to grow and change at any moment. This has been a really life changing summer/fall.
One full of new beginnings & growth spurts.
And now I am grateful to enter the winter season grounded and optimistic.

Rooted with a family of friends and my ChoZin one’s.
Soon to be doing some event work & travel with a mother/daughter event team that I adore and plantiClassPassith for my private one on one reiki and sound therapy clients. (Up & Running Very Soon)

My father in law Appa Song is finally coming home from his fractured femur recovery and I’m more than overdue to see my mom for the first time since her heart surgery. I get to fly home to Jupiter, FL to spend Christmas holidays with her. 🥹

I have been healing, honoring my energy and boundaries, surrendering with new friendships and my ride or dies as well as serving my beloved clients and reiki students.

I am multifaceted, but no longer multi tasking.
I show up with my wholeness when I am soul rested and nourished well. I have done the work to release my own fears so I can clear my vessel sharing the tools and practices that have been intentionally passed on to me by wise and accomplished teachers in scholastic and indigenous ways with which many studies have already shown proof of the healing benefits and results with my growing community.

I am loved so well that I may share the overflow of my love with those that cross my path. Sometimes as a daughter, a friend, a sister, a niece, an auntie, and also the mother within me.

My message to all of my friends and community is take care of you this holiday season, honor your precious time, your peace, your energy. For your peace, is the key to your health, longevity and your reach in this sweet life.

Come see me if you feel called to get some gentle TLC. It’s always the greatest honor to share high vibrations of universal life force energy and sound healing.

Giving gratitude and so much appreciation for the beauty of sharing cross cultural connections this past weekend, being able to share Hawaiian chants, sound healing & reiki with MetaCyn to raise the frequencies for the collective, creating safety, protection, wholeness amidst a chaotic time of uncertainty and the countless communities of families and lives being torn apart and affected by ICE. We sang for the migrants and la gente. We sang for the culture and we sang for humanity to teach and receive the wisdom and highest alignment in how to navigate these times with love and compassion for our fellow humans and kin.
