Hi all, here's a few ideas to encourage and comfort over the winter season:
🕯Light a candle for a warm glow inside your space and listen to your favourite piece of music.
🍚 Try a new recipe that takes you out of your comfort zone.
📝 Write a letter to your younger self with wisdom you have gained on your wellness journey.

⭐⭐⭐ £65 Nature Connection: Fund a place in our nature-based connection recovery sessions, helping someone reconnect with the landthrough foraging, woodland wellbeing, bushcraft and more.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ £75 Nourish the Community: Cover the cost of a week’s communal meal for the whole group!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ £150 One to One Sessions: 1:1 Trauma-Informed Coaching Sessions Provide some one-to-one therapeutic coaching sessions from a trained trauma-informed practitioner to someone who is struggling. This is a service many cannot otherwise access easily.
