Dear colleagues around the world,
I am reaching out to ask you to take part in a survey being run by my student Aoibheann, in copy, about leveraging social media use to advocate for the specialty of radiation therapist. Our aim is to ascertain current social media use among radiation therapists and to find out how we can leverage this usage to promote our profession- particularly in this time of global staff shortages. I would be grateful if you are a radiation therapist (clinical or academic) and you could complete the survey (it takes about 6 minutes) and if a medical physicist or radiation/clinical oncologist, if you could forward to a radiation therapist who can complete it. There are no limits on the number of responses per centre, so please feel free to pass on to other radiation therapist colleagues whom you believe to have an interest in promoting our profession via social media.
