ATE MY WAY THROUGH SPAIN!

This is the 1° Principle in FULL effect.

We–me, my husband & mom–traversed Spain and ate & drank whatever they put in front of us 😁Let’s just say a lot of bread, cheese, rice (paella is the national dish), Iberian ham and wine!

✨My husband lost 8 lbs.
✨I lost 5 lbs.
✨My mom’s blood pressure was normal for the 1st time in years, even with medication!

HOW?

We changed 1 thing. HINT: No, it wasn’t because we went carb-free. See above description of what we ate regularly throughout our time in Europe!

I talk about getting off the diet drama of changing everything at once which is too much for our brains to accept and instead embracing the 1° Principle. Changing one thing at a time which…

👉Allows our nervous system to adjust to the change

Ok. So what was the major difference?😏

💎We walked throughout the day, all day! Basically, we moved more than we normally would when at home. Sometimes we hit 20,000 leisure steps per day. (NO power walking happening here)

[BTW, my mom’s a convert. She’s adding short walks after each meal beyond her 1 hour daily at the gym].

MY POINT: Stop buying into having to change your lifestyle drastically to lose weight. IT'S A LIE. 1 change can make a huge difference.

I’m travelling!

It’s been awhile and I’m headed to Europe.

I love to travel with a capital L.O.V.E.

But of course, how do you navigate the food?

Because let’s face it…other countries are not so obsessed with weight, diet types or fitness.

Frankly, I look forward to that environmental freedom!

And, to be honest—
