The Buenavista Primary Care Facility I, led by Dr. Grace F. Cortez, Municipal Health Officer , joined the PRAISE Awarding Ceremony of the Buenavista LGU last night, December 19, 2025, held in front of the Buenavista Municipal Hall.

Dressed in their finest glitz and glam themed attire, the staff confidently shone throughout the evening, showcasing elegance, unity, and pride in public service. The celebration became even more meaningful as Buenavista Primary Care Facility I received several awards, recognizing the dedication and commitment of its personnel in delivering quality health services to the Buenavistahanons.

Adding to the pride of the night, Mrs. Jasmin Yap was awarded Ms. Gala Fashion Icon 2025 in the Permanent Employees Category, bringing honor and joy to the entire health team.

Truly, it was a night of recognition, excellence, and well-deserved celebration- where service with heart sparkled even brighter.

BUENAVISTA PASSES REGIONAL HEALTHY WORKPLACE VALIDATION 2025

The Municipality of Buenavista proudly stands as one of the passers of the Healthy Workplace Program Implementation in Region VI, having successfully met the standards set forth by the Healthy Workplace National Technical Working Group during the Regional Healthy Workplace Validation 2025.

This milestone is made even more meaningful as Buenavista is the only municipality in the Province of Guimaras that met the validation standards this year, reflecting the Municipality’s consistent efforts to foster a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment for its employees.

Congratulations to all offices and personnel whose dedication and teamwork made this milestone possible. Together, we continue to build a healthier workplace and a stronger Buenavista!
