I know what it is like to want a different life for yourself when you work full-time in a hospital setting.
You have a family you have to take care of, you don't have a lot of extra money, but you know in your heart that God has a purpose for you outside of this because you feel the tug in your heart and mind, and you just can't stop dreaming about it or thinking about it.

Nursing, can really be a "tough profession". People do not always treat us with respect, and they can be angry and mean; I know, and I know the staff can be challenging to.
You worked so hard to get your degree and you just want to fulfill your own dreams-to do what a specific thing, something you know you can help patients with that you are good at, why? Because; you are so passionate about it. And because you don't want to go back to the hospital where it is not only low staffed and you have to stay after because someone called in again! I truly get it, because I have been a nurse for 43 years and, "I have gone through it too!"

Here's where I come in...
I have been on Facebook for more than 3 years teaching for free, but I have all this experience and though I could be retired I have such a passion to not only teach you, but guide you at your-own pace through this new journey that you so desire that can help you in a nurturing supportive way that does not intimidate you or rush you or make you feel afraid.

When you don't know what you are supposed to do it causes anxiety and this is why having a mentor teach you and support you through is so important and so you don't lose any more time.

What do you want to be known for and make a difference in this world for?
Who do you want to help? Be very specific not general about your target audience. Age, men or women, a select group such as Christian women age, ALSO BUSY PROFESSIONAL. When we make our niche to general we really help no one! I know we want to help everyone, but we need to help specific ones.

What is your passion to teach?
What problem do you want to solve!
How do you resolve it?

Example: I am an RN, health coach who helps So here is my target audience-busy professional women aged 45-64 who are overwhelmed with hot flashes this is their pain point.
Here is how I resolve their pain-I use holistic/Christian strategy to gain control of hot flashes.
A way to get them to react quickly-Quick /fast control on day one of program.

When you first start out it is so important to stay organized with all your paperwork. Buy a large-sized weekly planner. You may have a planner online if you prefer. I am old school and like my paper planners. You must start with deciding on your NICHE.

I get it, trying to learn as much as you can by yourself is great for a while, but when time keeps ticking away and you still are working at your full-time job with no hope of getting out when you need to.
Let me guide and direct you, so that you are learning in a way that propels you forward and not into a stuck mode.
I am easy going and support and I will never make you feel inferior or scared; I remember those clinical instructors that would make you feel scared and would want you to hurry up when you weren't ready!

Here is an important post:

When you first start learning about the online space you will be very overwhelmed and wonder if you can really do this or not. You may start to have self-doubt, these thoughts come into your head that must be addressed right away:
I'm not skilled enough.
I'm not smart enough to teach this topic.
The What if's come along and before you know it you are trying to talk yourself out of starting or even "doing this online thing!"
What if they ask me a ? and I can't answer them; I will look stupid.
All these thoughts are simply the devil trying to STOP YOU FROM DOING GOD'S WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE DO NOT LET HIM!!!
WOW! My keyboard won't let me type this sentence for a while.

When you are a Christian you will begin to know what your purpose is because you will keep thinking of doing it and once you pray about it and have peace in your heart, even if you are a feeling nervous this all is normal.

Gold nugget: everything you are feeling is, "NORMAL!"
Remember the first time you started an IV, how scared were, but once you started a few of them and became confident then you felt less anxious about doing the skill, right? Once you gain more knowledge about getting your program/course online the more comfortable you will feel and begin to delayer the fear.

Fear leads to procrastination, you will learn later.
