IT'S TIME...arghhh I'm really nervous/excited/scared, all the feels! 🙆‍♀️.. to introduce my new baby to you and the world. This is what I've been bringing to life the past few months...Welcome to

The Wellness Road

This idea was born after a conversation and brain storm with my best friend about 4yrs ago - A multi modality Wellness Clinic. Kursha who has since passed from cancer, is the little bird in the images representing her presence.

Currently two of the most gorgeous souls have joined me. Amie and Alecia, both degree qualified Naturopaths and extremely smart ladies.

We all overlap in our practice however each have focus areas.

Amie - Men's health, male fertility, autoimmune and chronic conditions.

Alecia - stress & anxiety, digestive health issues, hormonal imbalances and pathology results analysis.

Myself - Peri/menopause, healthy ageing, metabolic health, hormones imbalances.

Please join us on our socials because education is our common passion and mission for our clients. We will be giving away lots of information and gold nuggets. Also please share our fb and insta links with your loved ones if you think they will benefit. I'm offering free 15mins Discovery calls to those who aren't sure if Naturopathy is what they need.

We are Telehealth only, Australian wide for now, NZ we will be available to you very soon and the BIG exciting news I'll be opening a Clinic on Bribie when the opportunity presents itself (or when Kurs holds up her end of the bargain 💫). When this happens we will be offering counselling, psychology and massage to complement our service and offer our clients the best possible opportunity at achieving health and happiness.

I had the honour of attending Gabor Matè The Myth of Normal. WOW!! What a man! What a night!

For those who haven't heard from him please do yourself a favour and jump over to YouTube to check him out.

Gabor is a respected physician and author known for his research in how early childhood trauma shapes a person's physical, emotional and mental health in adult life. He has extensive experience with addiction and researchs the psychoneuroimmunology aspect of chronic disease (repressed emotions = a repressed body system).

Naturopathy envelops a holistic approach to wellness and it was so encouraging to hear this great man speak our language. So much to learn! So much to love!

My key take:
💫 Be your true self
💫 Anger is healthy however should be fleeting.
💫 Trust your instinct! Every creature needs it to survive.
💫 You are responsible for YOUR feelings, not others.
💫 Repressed emotions = repressed body systems
💫 Psychoneuroimmunology is an essential aspect to our practice

I just wanted to say thank you so much for everyone's encouraging words on finishing my degree. I really do appreciate it so much. For the beauty's who are waiting for me to start practising I will definitely keep you updated here and reply to your DMs. I have big plans moving forward which will include Telehealth appointments so I can see Australia wide (and NZ I haven't forgot about you) and walk ins to support our local community.

However before the above can go ahead I need to rest, restore the adrenals and spent time with my family and friends. We have planned January to travel, firstly heading to Vanuatu - hopefully the quakes are over and we can help support the locals rebuild their tourism income 🤞🏻 Then we head to NZ to soak up the salt air at Pukehina Beach, where I was born and bred. There's nothing like food for the soul surrounding yourself with best friends, supportive family and the ocean. When we return I will start the new journey as a qualified Naturopath 💫

I have so many ideas that are going to support and educate our community and I have lots of brilliant minds and generous local influencers supporting me that are also excited for this new avenue of health and wellness support to start. I'll also be joined by some very talented Naturopathic practitioners. And because I'm a "think big" I'll be working extensively to bring other modalities to our Clinic space to complement your wellness journey. Watch this space! 💥

💥WE DID IT!!!💥

We have just completed our last day of a 4yr degree Bachelor of Health Science - Naturopathy.

I'm so incredibly proud of my Naturopathy family and honestly could not have done it without these girls. We have had each other's back through the sweat, tears, Wellnation and INSANE amount of hours spent at our laptops.

Some of these beauties have been chipping away at this degree over a 4-9yr period all while dealing with family life, jobs, illness, births, deaths and just life in general.

For those of us that completed it in the 4yr curriculum 🥵 that was intense! 5-6 subjects a semester with little down time in between was a huge ask, but we made it out the other side.

💥WE DID IT!!! 💥

Now for some well deserved rest and long overdue quality time with friends and family, then start planning the next adventure 🙆‍♀️

Today is a pretty special milestone.
I have submitted my last assignment for this degree.

4 years, 36 subjects, 42 exams & 48 assignments, x4 clinic blocks and only 6 weeks of the last clinic block to go 💃🏽
