Finally getting back into my normal routine after being in Nashville over the weekend at FNCE which is the largest conference in the world for Registered Dietitians. It was great to meet so many people IRL that I’ve had the pleasure of working with online! Really amazing experts in their fields. I enjoyed learning and bringing home new strategies for my clients and business that I’m already implementing. And ofcourse the music and food in Nashville is second to none! Looking forward to collaborating with folks I met and inspired by the work of Registered Dietitians around the world!

💪 Progressive overload isn’t just about adding more weight!
